I used to help my mom garden, we'd do it every spring. I miss growing things, and since I don't know what the job market is here or if I even have any marketable skills, if I can get a garden that can make a sufficient amount of food then that's money I don't have to try to scrape together. If I had any idea how to make a proper rice paddy and then maintain it and process the rice, I'd probably give that a try, too.
