What he liked was this. The quiet, quality time, spent in constant physical contact. Sure there were 'date' things that he liked, but they didn't reach into his soul and beat the fire down to glowing embers the way being held did. It was something so primal and so calming he couldn't fight it.

"I'm not so sure they were dreams," he replies softly, voice softer and a little lower than before. Relaxed. "I don't think this kind of feeling can come from a dream. It's much too pure for that. I'm not at all confused about how I feel." And everything about it just felt right.

He'd had plenty of dreams like this. Of touching and holding Duo, of kissing him, but it had never felt real. Never like this. He could just stay here forever and die a happy man. "I love you."
