Duo was just relaxing at home when someone knocked at the door. It was the first time anyone had knocked since he'd arrived a few days ago. No one had come around with a pie or hot pot for the new guy, like friendly neighbours would. No knocks for a cup of sugar or to introduce him to the HOA. Duo was beginning to think the movies and TV had been lying to him about what these little town's were like when it came to hospitality.

He rose to go and answer the door, plastered a friendly smile on his lips and when he opened the door there was a cheerful greeting right there on the tip of his tongue. That was choked off when he saw just who was standing on his doorstep.

"Wufei?!" Freaking Wufei Chang. At his door. "You're here too?"
