[ Sephiroth had explored a lot of this strange town by the time it occurred to him that maybe the very first place he should have checked were the gardens. He headed there right away after this occurred to him and spent some time wandering in the hedge maze before following the other trail toward the hanging gardens.
The sound of burbling water filled his ears the closer he came to his goal and soon he saw the stream itself. Sephiroth shaded his eyes against the glare and that's when he saw her sitting there like she'd been waiting just for him.
Sephiroth smiled for the first time since arriving here, because he was convinced that's what had happened, and broke into a jog. He didn't use any of his abilities but nor could he continue to simply walk, not at this point in his life. ]
